Transparency and Commitment

- No hidden fees.

- If you need to solve a problem, an extra call will not cost more (within reason).

- I'm selective with my mentees to avoid burnout and maintain exceptional service quality.

Engagement Duration

The typical mentorship lasts between 3-6 months. You'll see results in the first month, but three months is a good ballpark for a more significant impact. Most people utilize their company’s training budget for this investment.

Next steps

Step 1:

I review your application. If I see potential in working together and can provide what you need at a high level, we proceed to step 2.

Step 2:

You will receive a Calendly link for the initial free consultation. We will discuss your goals, expectations, and wishes. If we feel there is good chemistry, we will proceed to step 3.

Step 3:

I send you the payment link and a Calendly link to book your Kickoff Workshop.

This process may seem like a hassle, but I want to work only with clients where we find a great fit. If you decide anywhere during the onboarding process that this service is not for you, no hard feelings. I'll give you a recommendation or a referral to someone else who may be a better fit.
